Surabaya Symphony Orchestra (www.surabayasymphonyorchestra.com) sincerely invites all the elements in the society to participate concurrently in providing less fortunate yet musically talented Indonesian children with scholarship in order to develop classical music in Indonesia.Introducing classical music from as early as possible to elementary students until high school students helps step up the quality of our education before the world.
The followings are several participation categories for you to support in “We Care” program :
I. Individual
a. IDR 250.000 commitment for 1 child for 1 month.
b. IDR 750.000 commitment for 1 child for 3 months per level.
c. IDR 1.500.000 commitment for 2 children for 3 months per level.
d. IDR 2.250.000 commitment for 3 children for 3 months per level.

a. IDR 7.500.000 commitment for 1 class of 10 children for 3 months per level.
b. IDR 15.000.000 commitment for 1 class of 10 children for 6 months per 2 level.
c. IDR 10.000.000 up to IDR 40.000.000 in the forms of music instruments for 1 class of 10 children.

What is the difference? ”Seni Musik” is 1 of many other kinds of arts as carving and painting among others, that focus on aesthetics, while “Musik Seni” adds on the aesthetics the scientific factors as Mathematics, Logic, Philosophy, and Architecture, summarized all in one term “Theory of Music” and Musicology.
